Our vision

Our goal as a school is to enable young people to develop and acquire the skills to thrive and contribute to the global world.

Our values

  • Integrity- The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Having integrity means you stand up for your ideas and opinions, but it also means you avoid speaking negatively of others or using unprofessional language. When you disagree with someone, take time to consider their point of view and respond respectfully. In general, integrity is a word used to describe a person’s commitment to honesty and a willingness to do what’s right.

  • Excellence- Excellence is a core value that focuses on achieving the highest possible standards of performance and quality. In the workplace, excellence means setting high expectations, continuously improving processes, and striving for excellence in all areas of work. In a culture of excellence, employees develop the flexibility and resilience to deal with change, challenge and uncertainty. Even when there are obstacles and challenges that may seem impossible to overcome, the motivation to achieve the organisation’s vision is higher than the urge to avoid the discomfort.

  • Community- Having a sense of community unites us. Being a part of a community can make us feel as though we are a part of something greater than ourselves. It can give us opportunities to connect with people, to reach for our goals, and makes us feel safe and secure. It’s important for every person to have a sense of community. A sense of community is the feeling that members have of belonging, the feeling that the members matter to one another and to the group, and a shared faith that their needs will be met through their commitment to be together.
